Good day
I have a problem communicating with the drone.
If I have dual on or the selected 2.4GHz frequency, it terribly breaks communication with the drone after 200m I lose the connection with the drone, if I choose the 5.8GHz frequency it works perfectly nothing breaks. It can break the connection even when the drone is lying 1m from the controller.
The drone is 2 weeks old. I have it under warranty and I am wondering whether to claim it.
Is this normal or do I have a defective drone?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please update your device firmware to the latest and see if this issue persist. Also, please try flying in open environment away from signal interference. If the issue persist, please provide us the video footage of the issue for further assistance.

It's nice to hear that I'm not alone and I'm also sad that this happened also to you, but in my opinion it's a manufacturing defect of the product.

What is your dji mini 4k firmware version? I just bought it 1 day ago and saw the notification about firmware update, I'm wondering if I should update or not.
