My dji remote connect to my osmo 5 immediatly, however it will not connect to my osmo 4?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Kindly take note that Osmo Action GPS Bluetooth Remote Controller (hereinafter referred to as “remote controller”) connects to Osmo Action 4 via Bluetooth. Is there any error you've encountered when try to connect your DJI osmo Action 4 with your GPS Bluetooth Remote controller? Tt would greatly help if you can share any screenshot or screen recording for us to check further and advise you accordingly.
