You can raise a case at http://repair.dji.com they will replace the goggles for you.    But have you tried using the corner of a credit card to push the card in first?

Problem solved, as you mentioned I used a credit card to push it in
Also no problem to take the card out

It's a really common design on the DJI products later.  I sliced up an old store card and keep bits of it in each of my gear bags.
