I'm using a Canon R6 mark II with the DJI RS 4.
Everything is working well except the M button. I set it to C1/Fn1 feature but I don't know how to assign the action on my camera for example to enable/disable auto focus mode.

Can you please help me ?

Hello.Currently, M Button only supports Sony and Nikon brand cameras (Canon cameras are not supported) and must be connected via Bluetooth.

If I connect my camera by Bluetooth, the M button will work ?
If not, when do you plan to support Canon camera with M button ? On your website, the compatibility is advertised as a working feature.
