Hey everybody.I just bought a RS4 pro. I have  problem with roll motor. whenever I turn it off the roll's arm does not settle parallel with the pan's arm.

Could you please tell us how to set the automated axis locks when the gimbal is powered on and off?
1. Please check if automated axis locks are set to Fold & Lock when the gimbal is powered on and off. If so, change the setting to Fully Fold & Lock.
2. If automated axis locks are already set to Fully Fold & Lock and there is interference between the roll axis and the pan axis, the roll axis may not be able to maintain parallel with the pan axis. To ensure the safety of the axis arms, the roll axis maintains a certain angle when folded, and the angle is consistent with that set for Fold & Lock.
