Motors don't initialize. Can't update/downgrade firmware.

Basically as the title says. When I power it on, the motors do not turn on. Whenever I try to calibrate it, it takes about 10 seconds and doesn't go anything past 0%, and it says calibration failed. I only have two options for firmware updates, 1.03.00.00 and 1.02.00.00. App version 1.8.8. Whenever I try to update my firmware, I get error code 1003. Sleep mode and wake mode do nothing on the app. Changing modes such as FPV and PV don't apply over the app to the RS4.

I am having the exact same situation. New RS 4, I followed all the setup guides but noting is working!!!! Any help please would be good!!

After talking with tech support, they suggested I return the unit as it may be faulty. Such a shame!!

I’m trying to avoid returning it, as I bought it from Best Buy and no longer have the receipt, and I’m not sure if I still have warranty from DJI. I just wish there was a simple fix

It's such a pain. My RS4 was new out of the box from Amazon.  it just didn't work!! Sorry you're having issues. Have you tried DJI live chat with a technician??

Yeah. They said to create a service request. They said it was under warranty, but that was back in October. I bought it maybe 6-7 months ago.
