He comprado un dji mini 3 reacondicionado, cuando vuelo el dispositivo se desconecta del mando. Cual puede ser el motivo? gracias

① Check the connection method and ensure that the aircraft is within the maximum flight distance of the corresponding mode
Notes: In Wi-Fi connection mode, signal interference can be an issue. We recommend using the remote controller for connection 
② If you are using a remote controller with an external antenna, adjust the antenna position so that the broad side faces the aircraft to ensure normal signal transmission. f it is a remote controller with a built-in antenna (such as DJI RC), make sure the cross-section of the built-in antenna faces the aircraft
③ Verify if the current flight environment has a good signal; it is recommended to test in an environment with a better signal. If changing the flight environment solves the problem, it can be determined that environmental factors are the cause.

Buenas tardes, he probado en otro entorno y la desconexión se produce cuando hago una foto o video siendo mas leve cuando hago una foto a 12 mpx, mas grave cuando hago una foto a 48 mpx y extrema cuando lo que hago es un video. También se ha producido la desconexión cuando el dron ha establecido el punto de retormo ( en este caso estaba en vuelo) gracias

hola, hoy he probado con otro dispositivo, iphone 11 y no hay problema, he desinstalado la aplicación del dispositivo android y  he instalado la versión 1.16.0 y al hacer fotos o video se desconecta y el mando emite tres pitidos, uno, pausa y dos seguidos y se indica en la pantalla desconectado

hola, hoy he probado con otro dispositivo, iphone 11 y no hay problema, he desinstalado la aplicación del dispositivo android y  he instalado la versión 1.16.0 y al hacer fotos o video se desconecta y el mando emite tres pitidos, uno, pausa y dos seguidos y se indica en la pantalla desconectado

Buenos dias, he probado con otros dispositivos y funciona, el problema que persiste es que el TCL 40 SE, se abre la aplicación y funciona hasta que intento hacer una foto o video, en cuyo caso el mando y dispositivo móvil se desconectan
