hi everyone I just Avata 2 drone only from ebay, came from China. I believe this is used. Im unable to connect to my goggles 3 & motion controller 3. I even downloaded the assistant software on laptop. Everytime I connect the Avata 2 to the laptop it cuts the internet therefore I cant update the software. Please help, thx!

Which assistant software are you using? A lot of people mistakenly download the FPV software but you need the consumer series assistant.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. May I confirm if you've tried to update the aircraft using the DJI Fly App? If the update fails several times using the app, please use DJI Assistant 2 installed on a computer for updating. Connect the aircraft to a computer with a USB cable and power on the aircraft. You may also refer to the link below for more details and the correct version of DJI Assistant 2 for your aircraft as Different aircraft use different versions.
