Does anyone know how long it takes DJI to refund money back to your credit card? I’ve ordered like 10 drones over the years from them. Never had an issue until now. Ordered an Air 3S. It got caught up in customs so I was told by customer support to cancel the order which I did. Still waiting on a refund. Why does DJI charge your credit card before you even receive your order? Very frustrating. I’ve always been happy with DJI customer service until this attempted purchase.
