My DJI Mic worked great for a few months. It suddenly stopped working with my iPhone 13 Pro. It still works with MacBook and iMac. I have done lots of troubleshooting. The firmware is up to date. The connections are clean, and of course pushed in all the way. I have spent hours researching this, and trying every possible solution. No luck! HELP!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. May I confirm if you're referring to stereo recording? If yes, kindly take note that when using the DJI Mic with an iPhone, only the iPhone 15 series supports stereo sound recording. Other models only support mono recording.

This is not an issue of mono or stereo. This issue is that the sound is completely OFF. The DJI mic works fine when I use it with its USB-3 connector to connect to my MacBook or iMac. But when I use the Lightning connector to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro, there is no sound. I know the most common problem is that the connector is not plugged it all the way. I checked this thoroughly. It is plugged in all the way. I occasionally get an alert on my phone that the device is not compatible (I can't remember the exact wording.) I also checked the fireware of the DJI, and it is up to date. I should mention that I have used the DJI Mic with my iPhone 13 Pro successfully for several months. It was working fine. And then it stopped. I don't remember changing anything. Please HELP!

I should mention that when the DJI Mic is plugged into to my iPhone 13 Pro (with the Lightning connector), the built-in mic of the iPhone still works. So I am getting sound from the iPhone mic, but zero sound from the DJI Mic. I test this by shooting a video, and lightly tapping on the DJI Mics or gently scratching the DJI Mics. There is no sound from this. When I do the same test, with the DJI Mic plugged into my MacBook, it works fine.
