I am trying to use my Mavic 2 Pro after 2 weeks from last use. Controller keeps showing connecting. It is not even changing from both usb ports.
When connected to the dji assistant 2 software it is not being recognised.
Anyone had this issue before?
Thanks in advance

Hi. I am using a Mac. I changed the cable and now the controller is charging. Will still charging, powering on the drone, than the controller, pressing c1 c2 and the record buttons and it will connect to the drone. If the controller isn't charging it won't connect

Hi, thereThanks for your information.
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Kindly remind you that most DJI Assistant 2 versions do not support the version macOS 11.0 or later, because DJI Assistant 2 rely on the third-party RNDIS drive but the RNDIS drive does not support v11.0 or higher version of Mac OS. We will keep an eye on the latest updates. Once the RNDIS drive is compatible with v11.0 or higher versions of Mac OS, we will work on the compatibility of DJI products as soon as possible.
And M1/M2 chip equipped MAC are not supported.
2. Please reinstall the DJI Assistant 2, and allow all the permission while downloading.
3. Make sure to download the correct DJI Assistant 2 software.
4. Make sure the connected device(drone) is powered on.
5. Replace the USB cable connect to the unit and PC.
6. Switch another DJI device to connect.
if another device can be recognized by the assistant 2, send the one that have the connection issue back for checking.
if another device also can not be recognized by the assistant 2,please go ahead with STEP 7 below.
7. Please replace the computer if possible.
If you try all the above actionable methods and the connection still does not respond. Please send the units back to us for processing.
