When adjusting the exposure time with L1 and the focus wheel why do it stops at 2 sec ?

Because DJI programmed it that way.
Drone's aren't great at maintaining stability for more than 2 seconds.
If you were to try shooting longer exposures, you'd have a high failure rate.

But DJI have something they call simulated long exposure for longer exposures.
Try that.

From the specs:
Shutter Speed
Wide-Angle Camera
12MP Photo: 1/8000-2 s (2.5-8 s for simulated long exposure)
50MP Photo: 1/8000-2 s

Yes i know but in 12MP you cant use L1 and wheel from 2" and up

You mean that you cannot see SS higher than 2 seconds in settings, at 12MPx?
A print screen would help....

you can go higher then 2" if use the screen and do it manual. if use L1 and the focus wheel it stops at 2"

You’re correct manual wheel only reaches 2” max, and if you need longer SS you need to use the onscreen slide. As labroids Said this is basically tech added to simulate longer exposures and not the electronic shutter which you’re controlling through the wheel. I think the 2.5”, 3.2” ,  4”, 5” & 8” are marked by hyphen or lines.
However in reasonable weather and night time they work really well. Maybe it cannot go on to the wheel that connects to the actual electronic shutter setting.
