Hello, I’m using the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. The device has been charging for 7 minutes, and it’s only at 9%. This is the first time I’ve charged it. Is this normal? I’m using a 33W phone charger.

It is recommended to use 65W Charger or USB-C charger that supports PD fast charging protocol.
The screen prompts “Fast Charging” when fast charging is triggered, and prompts “Charging” when in normal charging state.
The camera takes approximately 16 minutes to charge up to 80% state of charge (SoC), and around 32 minutes to fully charge*.

To charge the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, you can use a USB-C charger that supports PD/PPS fast charging protocols. When charging the camera while it is turned off, it will display "Fast Charging." The maximum supported fast charging power is 36W. If you use a non-PD charger, the maximum charging power will be 5V 2A, indicated as "Charging" while the device is powered off.

Please rest assured that using a 33W charger is acceptable, as the maximum supported fast charging power is 36W. However, please note that the charging time may vary when using a 33W charger.

Additionally, you can use a power bank to charge the camera, which allows for charging while in use.
