I Just got the full kit with 2 TX, 1 RX and charging case. I am recording with the receiver connected to my Iphone 15 Pro and when I watch back the footage the audio levels are really low. I have yet to turn the level in the reciver but this makes me very woried about buying the new Action 5 Pro as planed when reading so many forums of people with this problem and it not getting fully resolved even with everything turned to max and that you have said it is not possible to turn up at all in internal recording. I am not an audio engineer, i don't want to have to change things in post, i want a simple recording with good audio that's easy to edit in capcut. Will you update this product to resolve this or do you stand by the product in it's current state?

Hello, Dank7. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To help resolve the volume issue with your DJI Mic 2 used with your iPhone 15, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below. After each step, kindly check to see if the issue has been resolved:

Connect DJI Mic Series to a mobile phone with a Receiver:

1. Place the transmitter close to the sound source.

2. If you have a receiver, you can plug in an earphone to the monitor port during recording, so that you can adjust TX gain & RX again in time.

Notes: When the DJI Mic series is connected to an Android mobile phone, the RX gain will not work.

3. If the video/audio recording App on the phone supports volume adjustment or vocal enhancement, change the settings appropriately.

4. If the volume is still low after the above adjustment, please use another transmitter for a cross-test under the same TX gain settings, if the volume of either transmitter is significantly lower, please send it back.

If both transmitter volumes are low or if you do not have another transmitter to test, please provide the below info for further checking.
