I requested a refund for the item that DHL is returning to Hong Kong. I did not request a refund for the Service Plan. I placed a new order for the same item, but did not purchase the service plan. Correction: I was so excited, I got the date wrong. It was delivered 11FEB2025 instead of the scheduled 14FEB2025.

In the same boat sadly. Got a email saying that my drones finally shipped (A3s and Avata 2), but a few hours later got an update from dhl that the package was not cleared and was being returned to origin. However, dhl didn't request any additional info for customs, like some other forms posts with similar experiences. Chatted with support, but they will try their best to resolve those issues or re-send my order.
