Any way to calibrate?

I just received my osmo 7p.  Most of the time the gimbal does not hold the phone horizontal.  Is there a way to calibrate it?

There is a calibrate option in the settings in DJI MiMo when you are connected to the gimbal.

You can auto calibrate and you can also tweak the horizontal alignment by tenths if a degree in either direction.

The auto calibration helped, but it seems that the gimbal is only level at start up if I have it on a flat surface.  Here's a video.  Its tough to see but the native ios camera has a level in the middle.  gimbal video

Hello, I've had the device for less than a day.  I'd sooner just return the device or take a replacement.
Edit: I really do appreciate the support in this thread.
