Hi there

I am wondering if anyone can guide me throught the process of removing the 120m height restriction on my DJI Neo, I am based in South Africa.

I've tried the Unlocking function on the website, but how does one draw a circle or a polygon on the map?

the Neo only has wind resistance of level 4, it's not that ideal if you want to fly above 120m, even flying only 50m it starts to feel the wind's impact on the Neo

Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. To proceed with the height restriction unlock, you will first need to obtain the official height restriction exemption document from your local aviation authority.
Once you have the document, you can directly submit your unlock request through the DJI Fly app.
