I would like to share my experience with you. Perhaps it will help someone.
I recently had a problem with the USB port cover. It has been 3 months since I bought the camera. The cover was lost. Perhaps it was my mistake, or perhaps it just didn't stay on well in the mount. Added to this problem was another problem. I live in an area of the Middle East where logistics are broken for known reasons. I tried to buy this cover, but couldn't find it anywhere. So I approached Susan, the receptionist. Explained the whole situation and asked for help. The issue was resolved within a week. The cover was sent to an alternate address and is now on its way to me. Thank you very much DJI
I am new to this forum. Noticed the negative posts. I would like to share a few thoughts out loud.
To say that the OA5 is perfect and has no flaws is not true. There are exposure changes, you can't turn off HDR. If you look hard enough, you can still find something. I think you can find flaws in any camera. After all, we bought a camera for such ridiculous money and to demand that it shoots like the Cannes Film Festival is just unfair.
We should give the DJI team time to take the firmware to the next level. He who doesn't work doesn't make mistakes. I think dji engineers will fix the software and everyone will be happy.
Personally, as a simple user, I am completely satisfied with the camera. And if I am not satisfied with it, then I will have to buy a camera 10 times more expensive.
There are a lot of good and necessary things in this camera. I'm satisfied.
Thank you for your attention. I apologize for my sloppy English.
