Hello

I purchased a new (brand new) DJI Mavice PRO CINE in September of 2024 (5 months). due to various reasons i did not
Open the box until yesterday. The drone is fine but the RC Pro controller has a LOOSE left antenna.
Seems to work but left anntenna cannot remain upright.
Suggestions? would it be under warranty? Where can i place a sercice ticket?

Thank you for your response. As for your situation, you may send your aircraft to the DJI Authorized Service Center (ASC) in your region. You can follow the below path to find the available ASC in your region. I hope this helps. Thanks.
