Yoo wazzup! Just got my hands on Neo and Flip. can't wait to fly. but then a fly buddy told to take Care Refresh. isn't it same as Manufacturer Warranty? need advise

At the moment, DJI Care Refresh is only available to customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Mainland China. You can check whether DJI Care Refresh is available in your country on the DJI Online Store. To ensure that you can enjoy the services normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

I ordered a drone, and it should arrive by mail today. While waiting, I wanted to purchase Care Refresh, but I see that I need to wait for the drone to enter the SN. However, I'm a bit confused about this part:

"DJI Care Service is only valid in the region where it was purchased. DJI Care Service and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region to enjoy the full-service benefits."

Since I'm buying DJI Care Refresh from your website, I’m not sure whether it will be considered a purchase in my region or if it will be treated as if it was bought in China.
