1. Check the firmware of the drone to make sure it is updated to the latest version.
2. Check whether the firmware and app are updated to the latest versions (most updated app version: 4.3.62). You can check the app version on the “About” page in DJI GO 4.
3. Check whether the GPS related options are enabled in the app, and whether the app is running in background.
Using DJI Smart Controller:「Swipe down to enable the system settings, then follow the below path: Settings-Location-Recent location requests-App permission -Allowed all the time].
If the issue still persists, please provide us with the below details for further analysis.

2)Firmware version;
3)Flight control data;
