Hi,

I tried to fly my Mavic 2 for the first time in several months and received the error 180 code. I did some research, updated the firmware on the drone and the smart controller and I have the latest app on the controller. I thought I had covered everything and then tried to fly again but received the error message one again. Am I missing something?

1. Check the firmware of the drone to make sure it is updated to the latest version.
2. Check whether the firmware and app are updated to the latest versions (most updated app version: 4.3.62). You can check the app version on the “About” page in DJI GO 4.
3. Check whether the GPS related options are enabled in the app, and whether the app is running in background.

Using DJI Smart Controller:「Swipe down to enable the system settings, then follow the below path: Settings－Location－Recent location requests-App permission -Allowed all the time].

If the issue still persists, please provide us with the below details for further analysis.

1）A screenshot of the error;
2）Firmware version;
3）Flight control data;
4）DJI GO 4 App logs.

Ok, I tried downloading flight control data and I receive an error message "failed to get log list". I then tried again several times but received the same error message.

Just for your information, Dji Natalia gave you duff gen on the state of the Dji Go4 app it is now 4.3.64 but I cannot get it to go above 4.3.60 on my SC (RM500).

I finally figured out how to update the Dji Go4 app on my SC. I thought I had updated it. I can fly again!
