Anyone here encountered similar problem. Just bought brand new... fresh out from the box. No firmware indication via DJI go and no live feed.

Tired... and frustrated.

To understand your problem correctly, could you please show us the pictures of the firmware display in the DJI GO App? What kind of mobile device are you using?

Thanks for the reply Adela. Following image was what it shows on the go app... firmware can't be updated. Camera failed... no firmware version detected. Can't even noticed the fan was spinning.

According to the picture, it's not the latest firmware.
Have you tried to upgrade the firmware via the SD card?
