I'm trying to understand exactly what the refresh/warranty covers.

From my understanding, if I fly over a lake and land in water (due to pilot error) I'm out of luck.
Thats all fine, but what I'd like to understand is if there is an issue where my drone falls out of the sky like the Karma's have been lately, will my drone be replaced then?

The flight records from the GO app when you sync will be able to tell if there was an issue or not.
If there was a malfunction which caused the crash then I'm guessing you'd be ok.
BUT, you can ask directly by emailing djicare@dji.com as they are the ones who would better know.

Not to hijack the thread. But I got my drone yesterday. Do i have to activate the Refresh? Or does it get activated on its own?
