Who do i email to cancel my order? And actually get it taken cared of quicker than a week?

I spent a week sending emails with no response.

Contacted PayPal and they got back to me within 24 hours.

forgive my ignorance, but who in paypal did you contact?  I only saw an option to leave a message with dji through paypal

I believe you email sales@dji.com

Log into your PayPal account, scroll to the charge, you'll see an option to contest.

Login to your PayPal account, file a dispute for item not received. PayPal will give them about 4 days to respond, after you can escalate to get your money back.

What if you only paid with a credit card? If i don't get mine soon i will just cancel and get the P4 Pro.
