The last few flights I have had with my Phantom 4 have had some issues.

For the longest time, the live video feed has frozen, not shown the video from the camera, and shown interference. It seems like the problem has gotten even worse in the last 5 days. This is making it very difficult to get the images that I need to get. The video and pictures on the SD card are fine, I just can't reliably watch the feed on my phone while I fly. Is there a solution to this problem. Range does not seem to affect this, I get interference both when the quad is close and far

Also, the last 3 times I have taken it out, the app has crashed mid flight. It didn't cause any problems with the flight, and I was able land, but it did scare me, espically the first time. All 3 times this happened, I did not have a reliable data connection, would that cause the app to crash, or should I be looking at something else.

Before last week, it was much more reliable. I was still having some video issues, but they wern't as bad as the last few flights, and I never had the app crash. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a Phantom 4, which I got last Sept, and I am using an Android HTC One M9 phone to run the app. I know the phone is not listed on the approved devices, but I has been working ok all this time.

Try flying using HD in Custom Mode instead of Auto and reduce the rate down to 4mbps.  Try different channels and not too far in each area, to make sure the custom channel does not get intrference. I tend to use CH19 for most of my flights and my video lag and green screens are kept to a minimum.

Also, the RC firmware version may affect this as well.  I had some improvement once I downgraded my RC firmware.

Could you please clarify your current firmware version and DJI GO version? Please try MD_Icarus's advice and please make sure you do not have any programs running in the background.

My DJI Go version is v3.1.1(567) and my Phantoms firmware version is v01.02.0602 and a remote control version 1.8.0. I have just made the adjustments Icarus has suggested, but I have not tested it out yet

I just want to add that my RC firmware is 1.6.0 and my DJI GO is 3.0.1
My P4 firmware is 01.02.0503
