Since my Spark is less than a month old, this is my first firmware update.
I know there is a lot of excitement, and I was too. However, in seeing whats in this update, for me this update really doesn't have anything that I think I would be that interested in.
None of these things fix problems that I had.
I do hope that everything is rock solid stable, and improved security would always seem to be a good idea.
So I anxiously await the next update already! :-)
As I mentioned, I'm new to this. One thing I've heard folks say is you'll need to update each battery, but that must only be if you update the DJI Go 4 app.
I successfully applied my firmware, and the shut everything down and restarted everything to make sure all was good. It was, so I shut everything down again, and put in my second battery and started everything up again. It said I was good to go, which I thought was weird. So I tried my 3rd battery using the same shutdown/startup process, again, no update needed. So is that right, the batteries are updated when you get a new App version, and not a new firmware version?
My Android app is stuck on the .10 release for now.
Cheers...
