I have been trying to send a defective P4P battery back to DJI for 2 weeks. They sent me a shipping label and I sent it back to DJI. One day later the battery came back to me from UPS saying "overgoods." Last week DJI told me on chat they would send me another label. Nothing came. Chatted again with them today, they told me they will send it to tech support. I just need to get a good battery from DJI.
DJI said on chat, "Lastweek for what possible reasons, possible they overlook it for there's a bunch of request lately coming from different sources and we do have minimal workforce for the Tech.team at the Centre."
