Fixed, thank you. Excited to get my Mavic 2 Pro, hopefully it’s now on its way to the UK!
It has already been updated in the Apple iOS store. Although, my App Store app did not see that there was an update. So, just went to the store and updated it.
Purchase Personal Liability insurance in the uk £19 for £5Million.
Downloaded the DJI 4 app, the DJI assistant, NATS app, Airmap and UAV Forecast.
Registered and logged in with the DJI stuff.
Watching the DJI videos including the tutorials for MavicPro.
Watching selected videos on YouTube.
Written out a step by step action plan for when the drone arrives.
Working out stick movements for basic patterns.
When arrives charge everything.
Read instruction books.
When batteries charged.... Leave props off, and fire up the DJI Go 4 app and play with the simulator.
Calibrate the IMU
Calibrate the Gimbal
Outside, calibrate the compass..
Ensure the RTH is set.
Ensure the beginner mode is on (DJI Go 4 app)
Ive got a Mavic 2 Pro. Whenever I switch to a pano mode, the Mavic goes from RAW to JPG and Im not able to go back to raw... My Mavic Air is able to to shoot any pano modes in raw.
Activation keeps failing. Day three with this thing. Customer support is horrible. If your server is down again. Fix it! I'm reading all these questions across a handful of sites and NONE of the questions are being answered. Last night customer support told me someone would contact me in 24-48hrs. I'm wondering if I should just return it. I am seeing the bigger picture now.

Just received my Mavic 2 today, just wanted you to know Susan it did show up one week after I ordered I ordered the first day it came out early in the morning but FedEx will deliver your product they delayed my shipment one day then the big headache began when you’re looking at your information for tracking I hope you get a better experience than I did , it kept jumping back-and-forth from the original date to the date I was supposed to get it which was today on the 30th finally everything fell into place it did show up by 12 o’clock noon and yes they became better with their products and all the things the Mavic 2 does but good luck with customer service nothing has changed there , good luck

Just to verify, have you chosen RAW+JPEG? The JPEG must be captured so that the pano can be stitched, you may check and confirm.

So sorry for the unpleasant experience. May I know what's the current status? Have you received the package? If still not, please kindly provide us with your order number, we'd like to investigate.
I will develop a new interface for controlling the drone and will also make some changes in the design as well. I have printed out the designs from the latest printer who is having the best firmware which I downloaded from hp customer support .
