Does it cover water damage as well, like DJI does? Most public insurances exlude this, which was a no go for me. On the other hand they usually cover total loss which DJI doesn't. Always a hard decision.

my insurance wrote me this, 3b is relevant. 3a for water when my house gets flooded:

3a) Bei einem Feuer/Elementar-, Wasser- und Einbruchdiebstahl Ereignis sind Ihre Drohnen bis zur CHF 150'000 (Hausratsumme) versichert. Selbstbehalt Elementar CHF 500, ansonsten CHF 200
3b) Sollte eine Drohne sonstwie abhanden kommen oder beschädigt werden sind Sie aus den Bausteinen einfacher Diebstahl auswärts bzw. Hausrat all risks gedeckt, Versicherungssumme CHF 2'000, Selbstbehalt CHF 200

so, I guess this may be even better than the CARE REFRESH as this may take years to get your drone exchanged

My tracking page also looks the same: Departed Facility in SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC @ 20.15 on Monday 27th. I rang DHL here in Ireland and they think its still in Hong Kong. They are going to investigate and get back to me. Lets see if they do.

Did the DJI store allow you to set your country as Ireland? I had to set as UK and enter Ireland as the country so my address now looks like , Dublin, Ireland, United Kingdom! Hope that isn't part of the problem

I dont remember it but the tracking says Ireland so it must have. Strange that it didnt allow you select Ireland.

Thanks, I already have that from DMO (Deutsche Modellsportorganisation) which is amazingly affordable. Starts with ~39€ annual for 3Mio coverage. But I'm afraid this is slowly going off topic...

I just got a call back from DHL and they confirm what DJI-Flyer advised us yesterday. A large number of waybills were put in a single container with a "Mother Waybill" and shipped to East Midlands under that number. They arrived in East midlands this morning and are currently going through customs. Once that is done the shipment will be split and our waybills will become active again. So I am advised that my shipment should be delivered within the next 48 hours. Lets see if that actually happens

I'm on the same UK shipment as everyone else.  Still waiting for progress on tracking.  DHL told me a little earlier that there were 'technical problems' in Hong Kong which delayed a lot of deliveries.  Mine is however now in the UK  - apparently.

Looking at Flight Radar it seems that there were two DHL flights from Leipzig to East Midland.  One that only landed at 11.30 this morning.  Perhaps those of us that still haven't received anything were on this later flight?

I asked DHL if deliveries could be upgraded to Saturday delivery if we missed the Friday slot.  Wasn't a particularly positive response - seems to depend on local depots...

Excellent news flyer. I think though that you should refrain from flying until those of us in the UK all have ours as well, you know just as a show of solidarity. Either that or we all gate crash your house to have a go until we get ours

just checked flightradar24 and there seems to be only 1 flight from Shenzhen going to Europe in the next 9 hours or so, however, this is not a DHL plane, not sure whether DHL planes can also be tracked. but of course I have no clue whether this information is accurate or complete nonsense. but if e.g. my M2P is going with that plane it will land tomorrow 7:30am in Zurich, and they still give me a delivery time tomorrow around noon. maybe this is possible, but I have my doubts. am prepared already for next week.

Off topic, but which insurance are you using for Drones? Or is that just household? (UK here too - and still no sign of my drone!)
