Hi niall, upon checking the serial number, the drone has been activated successfully a few hours ago, do you still have the error message? If yes, please post the screenshot here for further support, thank you.
Hi Mindy..... Thank you for your reply. I'm afraid that error(1111) has gone away BUT I'm still no further to actually being able to take off, because instead of not allowing me to activate it, it allows me to activate -- and then the DJI Go interface has a little red triangle in the "aircraft status" entry which says "please activate and restart". So I restart but then when I do, the DJI Go interface asks me to activate AGAIN, and I still can't take off at the end of that process.
From my side, it looks like the product is 'activated' on the server side, but either the DJI interface or the aircraft itself doesn't keep that result. |
