my camera worked perfectly...until 2-3 weeks ago...

Have you tried to adjust the microphone volume under the "Audio Volume Control"? Please keep us posted on the latest progress. yes..I've tried another device and nothing...also adjusted the audio with no luck...
but...
I've found something more confusing...but maybe give you an idea of what is happening...
I went to my files to find the first time it didn't have sound...tried to open with quicktime...and gave me an error (picture attached).
later, I tried to open the last video with audio with quicktime...and worked perfectly...
the curious part of this, is that I put the "bad video" inside premiere...and I could see it perfectly (obviously with no sound)...
something is wrong with the codec or else... any suggestion?
I attached also a screen shot from premiere with the properties of both videos (#15 is the one with no audio and didn't play with quicktime).

I have the same problem and suspect that it has to do with version 1.7.1.0 because sound worked perfectly until I uprade to that release. Can DJI please provide a SW upgrade? Really frustrating that the upgrade made my device unusable!
