Yesterday, I had been flying my Phantom 4 pro drone in multiple locations. On the last stop, I started it up and the gimble made the sound in the video and behaved the way you see in the video. This is a refurbed unit that I got from DJI last year when I had my original drone repaired. This refurbed drone has not been crashed. There are no error messages.
I refreshed the firmware. I calibrated the imu and the gimble. It still does the same thing. The gimble is unresponsive to the controller.
This is why I hated the idea of getting a refurbished drone back.
Yeah agree, one of the reasons why I prefer not to have an R unit. Somebody's issue that become yours. Sounds like DJI needs to make this right for you. Good luck !
2 hrs to replace those motors and IMU is quite a while, im assuming that the imu is in the behind that gimbal cover? I switched over my yaw motor and it didnt take half that time and i didnt know what i was doing, perhaps they had to do some calibrating that took it over the 1hr
