Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

The problem is solved. i did the whole updating process again, now everything is fine
i guess i did the battery update wrong before, i didnt do it with the assistent software (as the drone) but with the app, the process felt strange as i did it, the batteries were not updated afterwards, that was the issue |
