This is not a brand new Ronin-M. We have used it for a few months. We had used it without problem a few days earlier. We will go through the gimbal calibration. Thanks for the info and I will report back.
We have recalibrated / reset all and the problem persists.
Also -- we have now noted that neither the wireless thumb controller or the pan and tilt remote no longer control the ronin M at all. Can you help get an RMA started?
