ANGRY BOYS NO TOYS......
I received an email from dji this morning, great I thought I'm in the first batch to be shipped, on closer inspection I see it was a just a survey email to rate support staff, first thought was this is like a rag to a bull, but then on reflection, I realised that my dealings with support staff have been many over the last year, purchasing P4 Osmo accessories sending P4 back for repair and purchasing Mavic, through all that time and many dealings with support staff in House and on this forum, they have only ever been prompt and courteous and very helpful where it was possible.
Over the next week I can see many people getting angry and annoyed, with support over delays in shipping, I want my order now, he got his order before me and so on, but spare a thought for frontline staff , they at the moment are operating with very little real information as to exactly when orders are to be shipped, yet they have to listen to the impatient ANGRY BOYS WAITING FOR THEIR TOYS which eventually everyone will have.
Try giving them a break this week, knowing eventually and hopefully soon your toys will arrive and nobody will have died in the process, these frontline staff can only operate with whatever information the powers that be give them, just like you and I they have partners wives husbands and children to go home to every day, and what will they have to tell there family's about they're day at work, there is a crowd of very ANGRY BOYS WITHOUT THEIR TOYS been shouting at me all day. |
