After the announcement from DJI on shipments, I filled out the info for the spread sheet and noticed a lot of the first orders have been filled. For the last week, I have tried DJI online chat, emails to support, and called US support without success. Only US support has responded but they couldn't help, all other contact with DJI has gone without any response from them.

We said at our Mavic Pro launch event that we would begin shipping in mid-October. We’ve just passed that, and if you’re wondering where your Mavic Pro is, we’d like to offer an update.
Since unveiling the Mavic Pro, we’ve had amazingly strong global demand. Production is in full swing, and we will be fulfilling orders as fast as we can.
