DJI-Ken I need your help! paypal or DJI for some reason missed part of my address (Apt A) on my address and its due for delivery on Wednesday or by as it looks for some could get here tommarow.I This wouldnt be a big deal but for the first time fedex said they cannot hold at the facility?? I sent the request email but did not hear back and the chat are to 150 of people wait. I understand its proubly a long shot but could you help? I never heard of this not being able to pick it up at fedex?

For everyone who has got their mavic, did the shipping info update at all? My order is scheduled for delivery 11/30 but last update was 9:56pm 11/28 in Hong Kong (local time). Wasn't sure if the shipping estimate would be correct

Yes, for FedEx it updated every step, although I suspected it would arrive earlier than the estimate before the estimated arrival date actually changed, because I could see where it was. But yeah, don't worry about it still being in Hong Kong, it gets from there to your door incredibly fast. Mine was in Hong Kong on Saturday, at my door before 9am Monday morning.

Just received my Shipping Email from DJI at 02:33 am Eastern on 29 November. My initial order was 2016-10-04 17:46:04 UTC and I payed with Paypal which was debited almost immediately after the order was confirmed on 4 October. I updated the dronehome site to reflect this. I checked the tracking number and it's not in the Fedex system yet. That's fairly standard though where fedex will supply the shipper with a tracking number prior to pickup. I'll prolly reply to this once the number becomes trackable on fedex.

So the story about order time doesn't work obviously. They ship in bigger batches to save freight to different continents. Probably do the same as a big company and large orders. But downside would hurt company not fulfilling their promise. Waiting for Australia next. Seen US during the weekend and today and yesterday especially Europe. WANT MY MAVIC

Obs: There may be a reason why mine got shipped earlier: I actually placed an order prior to this one but DJI could not confirm my credit card for whatever reason and I had to place a second order. My 10/6 order says shipped on the DJI tracking page but I do not have a tracking number yet. I just attempted to cancel my Apple order from 11/23 but was unable to as I was told on the phone that my order is about to ship. Looks like I'm going to have two Mavics.
