Just wanted to update for what's it's worth. I ordered my Mavic from a large seller on Ebay on September 29th. Of course I don't have any idea when the seller actually placed his order with DJI but would assume he just did some sort of bulk quantity. This is the same seller that sends out verification emails in shipping packets when the order for the drone was originally placed. Some people have voiced concern about this practice. I received my FED-X tracking number in an email this morning. I live in Texas and expect delivery this Friday 12/09/16. There is hope folks, so just hang in there!

PS it is a "fly more" combo.

10-8 order date for me and still nothing. Plus I cant even check on my order because it has showned shipped for the past 2 months because of a bug in the system because I canceled the extra battery on the second day figuring that would hold up my order lol.

just wonder - what logic methods DJI is using to dispatch all orders - everyone agree is not "order date". Destination? Mavic pro, Mavic pro Combo? It's just crazy

Everyone has been asking for an update, one has been given on the Newsroom page and I'm letting users know about the update. What's the issue ?

All I know is that I just received this exact message from customer service yesterday and today my order says it shipped!!! Not saying that's going to be the same for everyone but I'm pretty happy.
Ordered Oct. 17th from Las Vegas, NV on DJI store direct.

It appears that the ONLY orders going to the US start with 0011 or 0012.

What is your 'region' with these numbers and did anyone else get theirs in the US who's order started with another string?

The Dates are getting closer to mine, but my Order number is quite different.

This may also explain why orders from September are still not filled! :/

First 4 digits from your order is basically region/area code: US 0011&2, UK 0044, Germany 0049 etc. then is simply number added for each order. I think DJI is shipping Mavics by countries or at least continents. It will explain "massive" shipping to US and nothing to Europe or Asia..

That, among other things.........., is what's bothering me.

I'm in Michigan. My order number starts with 0017.

Maybe I'll fall into the same black hole the DAY ONE orders are in!

So much for first come-first served. I ordered mine on October 10 and no shipping yet. As i said earlier they are shipping by regions. This order is from the USA and mine is from Europe. Both are for the Mavic but this one got shipped first.

Does this mean that DJI wont be able to keep up with their Nov 3rd update; shipping everything from Nov 3rd and before within 8 weeks...?

I've been keeping track of both Dronehome and google docs spreadsheet, and while i understand that neither are accurate , they do a better job at informing me how shipments are going.
DJI could at least give us some fresh information.. Its already been over a month since their last update, the least they could do is send out another update, that should keep some of us quiet again.

haha hearing all of this makes me wonder if a disgruntled customer will bubble over and do something wreckless xD DJI is sure pushing tensions with their consumers. They are also super fortunate Go Pro's Karma failed like it did otherwise a sure lot more people would have jumped ship.

DJI Ken what does DJI have to say for themselves... let me guess "Theres no information available at this time"....

Certainly, if mine doesn't turn up on 16th as promised and the Karma was available? I would 100% jump ship.

Yes it was through DJI. It was through FEDEX. It takes about 24 to 48 hours to update and give you a tracking number

it must be quite a new order then - orders are in digit order system. So i would assume that you have placed your one not too long ago? I might be wrong

Ordered 5th of October (mavic pro only). Nothing so far. I'd be surprised if I get it before xmas.

I don't think anyone in Aus that ordered direct anytime after the 29th of September has seen or heard anything. This thread is showing people in the states that have ordered all the way up to November are receiving shipping confirmations every day. Tomorrow is 2 months for me - DJI chat told me and actually promised me that if I ordered before November 3, I will DEFINITELY receive it before January. Thats starting to look like a complete lie to keep me quiet.
