Ordered the fly more kit from Calumet UK on the 21st of November and still waiting. Their buying department have no news on deliveries from DJI. I have a feeling I might be waiting a while longer

It's the same with Digibroadcast and Uttings in the UK.  It notice that Drones Direct, who claim to be pretty big, are quoting March for the Mavic and April for the Combo.  Maybe they know the truth?

So has anyone that ordered from Apple gotten any shipment notifications?   I ordered on 1/3, and with DJI sending out these emails I am hoping they are also fufulling orders to distributors on a regular basis as if they are only shipping for direct customers this is not a good policy.
I would be fine on ordering direct with DJI if they will match my employers Apple discount of $900..  :-)

Calumet have been giving me the run around. Original estimate was 3-4 week which i thought was a tad optimistic. When I asked for an update I was told first week of Jan. First week of jan came and went. Now I'm just getting vagueness. I guess it will turn up when it turns up.

I ordered the combo on 05/01 from DJI and payed on 06/01 (after cancelling my 10/11 order with a retailer), I'm still in authorized phase. I know they are still well in the promised time I'm just really excited and also I will be traveling at the end of january so it would be great if it arrived by then. Fingers crossed

Unbelievable,  So wrong that this is happening

Also Drone Direct told me that if I ordered from DJI I would have no UK Warranty!  They said they are Chinese and you'd need to send back to China!

You're fortunate. I ordered my Mavic Combo on 31/12 for delivery in UK, but don't have a 4th blue dot yet despite payment confirmed on 6/1. I can understand different lead times in different countries due to the way most supply chains vary by country, but this shows that they can't be processing orders in sequence.

There's hundreds of orders that are received daily. It's probably a time thing.
If you placed to orders one after another for the same thing than I'm sure you would receive them the same day. But if you ordered several hours apart it you may not see them the same day as the order goes through the logistics.
I'm only guessing, but you can ask that question to online sales.I'm sorry I don't have a better answer.

I cancelled my order about 3 hours ago and as if to rub salt in the wound DJI sends me an email a few minutes later saying if I order a Mavic right now I will get one in 5-7 Days

Thanks for the Best buy information.  I have also noticed that on Amazon  there are hobby store re-sellers who put up Fly More packages for sale.  There best prices are $100 more than the regular Amazon price but actually ends up being the same because their orders don't have Tax on them.
I should have grabbed one up yesterday but instead I put my faith in DJI.

Guys keep watching Amazon, the same re-sellers will try to gouge you for an extra $300 but come back 20 minutes later and the price is only $100 extra over the cost at DJI and the same as Amazons prime price.

As for me the Local PA for our crew has said that she will locate one and Fedex it to me ASAP.
I think that one of the LC felt sorry for me and contacted her yesterday.  We have seem some fantastic locations over the last few days.  I had mentioned a few times that I wished i had my own footage of them, I guess someone felt sorry for me.

Should I cancel my order and get it somewhere else? I ordered (and paid for, I don't know what the guy saying "it won't change to 'payment success' until it ships" means) on 1/5, because I received an marketing email saying that it would be shipped the same day the order was confirmed.

Mine says it is shipped as of today but my card was not charged.  It was authorized on 12/28.  Shipped but not charged   Interesting!

I am sure you will see the charge shortly and when it shows shipped, they have only created the label. You will get a tracking # within 48 hours if you have not received one yet. I really enjoy my Mavic Pro and can not wait until the weather clears up again so I can use it!

Hello,
I have heard that DJI online is taking orders for the Mavic Pro and shipping within 7 days. Is this factual? I ordered a Mavic on Amazon in mid-November and was just notified of delivery in late March (2nd time this was pushed out), so I have cancelled my order. I would like to order through DJI, but want to ensure that I will not have a similar shipping situation. Appreciate your help!

I got the 4th blue dot yesterday the 10th Jan.1pm. It say´s shipped.

Money was taken on 7th Jan.

I still havent received a tracking number or other informations over 24 hrs later.

For 1199 EUR i would like to have correct informations.

If no tracking nr. appears within the next 24h i cancel order and open Paypal case.

Do you have to do anything special to cancel your order. I just hit refund button under my order number and I also sent them a email requesting them to cancel. Hope that's all I need to do.

This i would like to explore more, surely we would have warranty support with the manufacturer, whether its from china or not?

Interesting they mentioned it would be coming from Georgia. I know they have a warehouse that they typically ship in-stock items from in Atlanta, GA. You said you're in NJ? I'm also on the east coast in S FL. This is just a hunch, but perhaps more west and mid-west US orders, including some Canadian orders are being shipped individually to customers in these areas directly from China, since it is closer and more direct with deliveries estimated for this Friday the 13th. Whereas a large batch of Mavic's may have shipped from China to the US already, but won't be individually shipped out and a tracking number attached to them until they  leave Atlanta. I'm in the same boat as you. I have the 4th "Shipped" dot but haven't been given any tracking information in the last 36 hours since it first appeared, with emails to onlinesales@dji.com remaining unanswered. If this is the case, that batch would likely be arriving in Georgia today and then expressed out, with delivery likely on Friday as well. What do you think?
