Got my tracking number this morning, Fedex delivery by Friday morning. So, to recap:

Fly More Combo from DJI, est. shipping 6-8 weeks

My delivery date had slipped to Monday, but this morning I received notification it was to be delivered today. Luckily my daughter was at home to sign for it.

And wow, this thing is a beauty to behold, incredibly small, impressive build quality and detail; packaging reminded me very much of Apple's approach. I am more than impressed. Charging everything up and will update firmware later on. May have to wait till next weekend for decent flying weather, which will give me a chance to practice with the simulator -- it'll be good to get out of the Washington DC area for the inauguration anyway.

Try to be patient, everyone, it's worth the wait.

My bank acct was pending the 10th and 11th, then went "out" on the 12th, and got my fourth blue dot, today the 13th.

Thanks. Well the money was fully withdrawn, not just an authorization charge, from my account more than two days ago, yet its still sitting on the 3rd dot. Does DJI process order over the weekend? what are working business days in China?

I think it is almost Saturday in China. I would be surprised if you had any updates before Sunday night/Monday morning.

wayyy to much wasted on tax...i paid online on DJI and paid is USD...so saved some money..Sure atleast with best buy you will have it much sooner...

Doesn't Fedex or DHL or UPS (whoever they ship with), charge you the tax upon delivery?

Yeah I got plymore combo and care refresh and total come to $1900 Canadian so I save almost $200 on it compare to bestbuy.

If the paperwork is done by DJI and they declare the full value, the courier company will charge you the same HST (GST+PST), etc in Canada, at least they are supposed to. Did you get charged?

how many days after TAKING the money from the bank/credit card, did it take for the mavic to actually ship? It's been three days for me since money was taken, yet still stuck on 3rd dot.

It took 4 days after money was taking from account before I received Confirmed status and 4th blue dot (1/9-1/13). Waiting on tracking number now. I would say just be patient. I originally ordered through Amazon in November and that ordered got pushed back until March

I'm cancelling my order. These people are shameless! Sending out emails, getting people to order their unavailable product and screwing them. No service, no communication, why bother. I'll wait and get one locally. I'm tiered of being screwed around. They should be ashamed of themselves!

i have never heard of anyone being charged tax/custom by the courier when buying from dji web site etc.. Two of my friends in Canada have bought from DJI and no tax was paid... perhaps someone else here can further confirm this?

The dji site does said free shipping and tax included. So if you get charge for anything from the shipping company then contact DJI for it. I suppose to get mine on Thursday but due to custom delay, mine will arrive on Monday now.

Very exciting. My flymore combo was shipped out yesterday from Shenzhen and it arrived and cleared customs about 30mins ago.

Maybe I'll get it today since it's only like 10:30am here.

This morning my order shows "Shipped" but no tracking yet. Waiting the 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show up. There's a slight chance they might make their promised delivery date of the 18th.. We'll see.....

Got the tracking number! No info yet - which means it hasn't been scanned, but progress is good!!!

Well I hope everyone gets there mavic before the Chinese New, which starts on the 27th-2at 8th of this month. businesses will be closed for about 2 to 3 weeks. After almost waiting a whole month, my package is here, awaiting at FedEx. It's Saturday and FedEx is closed so delivery will either be Monday, or before Wednesday so excited!

I did and I am from Vancouver, it will be longer then the expected date that DHL giving. There are 4 customs they have to go through, China, Hong Kong, US, and Canada. That is how many stop DHL make before the package can get to us in Canada. So far I got delay for all 4 custom stop and that delay my package, now DHL don't even have the date for me no more.

My order status changed to 'Shipped' 4 days ago (10th Jan), but still no tracking info. Today I went onto online chat and they advised it won't be shipped until the 20th Jan. That is later than the email stating "Order today and we will ship by the 18" but more to the point, why change an order status to show 'Shipped' when it hasn't? You said people should get shipping info 2 days after the order changes to 'shipped'.

btw guys, just unboxed my mavic pro, the mavic pro now comes with 3 pairs of propellers instead of 2. The 2 bottoms ones comes preinstalled, below the mavic pro, has another 2 bags of pair of propellers.

I'm sure the Mavic will be an amazing piece of tech when I get it, but talk about over promising and under delivering (literally). So frustrating...

I'm over 3 days since I got shipped status. Emailed DJI Sales as Ken instructed - automated response only. I ordered 10th and got 'Order Confirmation' same day. So if I add the 7-10 business days shipping estimation from the email and the DJI store site it should actually get shipped between the 19th and the 22nd. Add delivery of around 3-5 days to the UK and that seems to be what other UK buyers are seeing. As others have pointed out the mobile site appears to have more accurate & realistic information. I think they should change the label on the 4th blue dot to 'Order Processing Awaiting Shipping' which would manage customer expectations much better. As I typed this I got and email from Calvin from DJI.

Newbie to the forum and here to seek advice. Placed my order from the UK for the Flymore Combo and paid via Worldpay on 20th December.

I have been stuck on the 3rd blue stage of payment success ever since. Used the chat and they give the default ship before 18th line.

Then stumbled on the forums and people are placing orders and getting their drones left, right and centre.......should I cancel and then re-order, wanted my drone for a Thailand trip in mid-feb and with the 7-10 UK shipping time, I can cancel and re-order and still get my drone before I go.

Quite annoying that those just placing orders are getting theirs through and the older orders are not. Is there someone I can email as i might cancel?

Got my tracking number last night around 7:00pm (US Central time) Checked with FedEx this morning and order was picked up after hours so there was a shipping exception which means it won't be leaving China until Monday. Either way, I should had the Mavic sometime next week! Ordered 1/5/17. Patience...you will get your drone, happy flying!
