I apologize for this double post. I didn't have the story 100% right, and forgot to mention some parts.
Ordered my Mavic December 14th as a Christmas present for myself, arrived January 13th with an unresponsive right stick out of the box.
Refunded my order and ordered a new Mavic on January 16th, set to arrive around the area of Boston, Massachusetts.

Note: I ordered this new Mavic about a week and a half before the estimated shipping changed from "3-5 days" to "10-15 days"
2 days later, my order status changes from "payment success" to "shipped". I waited patiently for 2 days to receive my tracking number, as it took about a day to receive the tracking number for my previous Mavic that arrived broken. After 2 days, I contacted DJI via live chat, where they told me I should receive my tracking number within 24-48 hours.
I waited 2 more days, and no tracking number. I contacted live support again, and they tell me the shipment was "over due".
2 days later I contact live support again and they tell me my Mavic is due for shipment on the 25th.
The 25th comes along... and no tracking number. I talk to live support again and wait 2 more days for my tracking number... and nothing. Contact DJI live support again and they tell me to wait patiently for my tracking number.
So I wait 2 more days. After waiting over 2 weeks with these BS excuses, I figure it's time I actually speak with someone on the phone to get things sorted out quicker. I call up DJI Support, and you know what they tell me? They tell me that I need to email them or contact live support. Absolutely horrible customer support DJI.
So I contact live support YET AGAIN, and explain to them how agrivated I am, and that some people ordered theirs not even a week ago and are already recieving them. The person who I am typing to, "Melou", tells me they are lying. LIKE REALLY!?
Here we are a day later, and I still don't have my tracking number.
Where are your priorities, DJI? I've technically been waiting over a month and a half for my Mavic Pro. Won't be ordering any more DJI products once my Mavic arrives, if it ever does.
