IF you get a shipped status doe they provide a tracking number?

Ordered drone plus accessories at 19:00 13th January (Friday evening). 10 working days (30th January) later I was sent dispatch notification and the drone arrived next day. It traveled from Guildford so they must have a warehouse of drones and accessories there.

Ordered the 27th of Jan (Mavic flymore) got my 4th blue dot just now... Shipped but no tracking number/email yet guess/hope that it will be added once the postal service has fully processed the package

I ordered Mavic Pro + 2 batteries + Charger 18th of january to ship to France (Paris).
Payment confirmed 2nd of February.
I got fourth blue dot today on the web page... BUT in the DJI Store app, I have Shipping Status "Pending !
Any idea why ?

Same for me, ordered the 27th of Jan, 4 dots today," pending" on mobile and no DHL tracking :-) Will be better in 2 or 3 days I guess, just the time for DHL to handle it

I have ordered thought a local re seller here in South Africa, payment and order has been made on the 13th December 2016 my most recent report was that we might be lucky and have the unit by mid March maybe end March.

Does DJI not care about the customer or resellers at all???

I see a lot of guys have been waiting longer than I have so obviously this is not an area issue

I ordered the combo + care on the 17th January payment taken same day. Still on 3 dots and the option to cancel order has been removed from my order. will shipping be very soon? and will the 4th dot show.

Received email and 4th dot to-day. will be delivered tomorrow. Happy

Hi guys, let me share my experience.

I ordered the mavic from Amazon a month ago, and after seeing the release date being pushed back 3 times (all the way to the end of march), y decided trying directly through DJI. THANK GOD I DID.

Bought a Mavic Fly More combo last wednesday on the DJI store.

Had a problem with my payment so they asked me to send some more info via email. I did it on Saturday and today recieved the payment confirmation and the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

It says it will arrive this thursday. So if nothing goes wrong, it would take just 7 days from buying it to reciving it.

I received my shipping info over night. Shows that it will ship out from Shenzhen on 2/7 and arrive on Thursday. Original order date was 1/31, payment confirmed on 2/3 and I can't complain about that time frame. Just hoping it all arrives in one piece through FedEx

I received two hours ago an email with DHL tracking number.
Délivery excepted 01/13 (next monday). But shipping status on the dji Store app still on pending.

Anyway, I have thoughts for the Ones who pre-ordered months ago and are still waiting for their Mavic. Very very unfair !!

yes, it usually take 1 or 2 days to get the tracking number.

Got my refund through PayPal. DJI is a terrible business. PayPal is opening an investigation into DJI as well for violating the PayPal seller agreements for basically telling me if i want my order, I have to cancel the dispute.

Its very clear that people in the UK or Europe are getting their orders quickly, scanning the posts has it between 2 to 3 weeks from ordering through to delivery.

Meanwhile everyone else has a waiting period of Nov/Dec 2016 to possibly March/April 2017.

Shops waiting for stock, I would say that no shops will receive stock till at least June.

update from my order.
i ordered through a retailer in New Zealand on December 19 2016.
My retailer was not able to provide any updates at all.
They were expecting them in Mid january then end of january then mid febuary then march...

i was asking them for weekly updates and they couldn't tell me anything.
then this past weekend, after tellling me on thursday they had no idea where it was, i got a text from the store on Saturday saying it was ready to pickup!
not sure how it went from "we have no idea" to "it's here" in 3 days but yes, that's me done.
Took it out on it's first flight on Saturday afternoon, crashed it into a wall within 10 minutes haha
good thing it ships with extra blades.

I ordered my Mavic on January 25th and got the 4th blue dot February 1 and the tracking number that night. The bird arrives tomorrow and it has to be signed for. You can't change anything on the delivery until after the first attempt.

DJI are promising 3 day shipping on mavic only orders in the UK, has anyone actually been given a tracking ID within three days?

I ordered the fly more combo on Jan 21st and DHL tracking info says it will be delivered tomorrow (17 days after ordering). I would say that is pretty reasonable considering that it shipped from China to Canada!

Ordered my Mavic on 5/2 (Sunday), check the DJI website that they shipped on 6/2 16:40 and received today 7/2. I also received sms and email confirmation from DHL and DJI too. Thanks for the fast shipping DJI!

PARTIAL WIN!

My order is on its way via DPD and will be here today at some point.

However not ALL of my order is on its way. Just the drone has shipped No spare batteries No spare props. Chat gave the usual bull response of "we've escalated this to logistics and they will email you within 24-48 hours with an update." I've had that from chat 3 times now and I've never had an email from logistics. So I guess if I've had no response it 48 hours I'm back on chat.

This morning I did not receive an email yet so checked the DJI order status and it had shipping details including via DHL but no tracking number...

So 5 hours later I check my order status and now there is no shipping information at all anymore which is strange... hope I did not got put back in the queue

as I was hoping to start flying this week with the Mavick

It seems that DJI is fulfilling their delivery promises in time now.

I have just ordered a Mavic Fly More Combo with the ND Filters and Care Refresh for shipment to the UK.... will let you guys know how long it takes. Currently sat on 3 blue dots with order placed today - 7 Feb.

I had the same issue with my order in the states. Not sure where youre from or when you ordered, but i ordered 13 jan 17, just got tracking info and shipped status today for my batteries charging hub and props. Good luck

Yesterday at 10:32am (EST) I ordered the Mavic Pro More Fly combo, plus the monitor hood, a 4th battery, and the ND filters. The order progressed almost immediately to the 3rd dot. I used PayPal, maybe that is different than using a credit card. Anyway, I hope the other items don't slow down the entire delivery.

I ordered online via DJI 1/21 as well from Iowa, U.S.A.. Received the 4th blue dot on 2/1 and shipping notification email very late on 2/1. Shipping from China as well via Fed Ex. Shows delivery 2/7 ... just in time for my vacation on 2/10

DHL tracking says my drone is supposed to arrive today! I'm on pins and needles! Too bad the weather is not nice today!

I'm in the UK. I ordered on the 23rd Jan from DJI and 21st November from Calumet photographic. The Calumet order is still "pending" I'm about 10 day behind you which fits with what they are now quoting as shipping times on the store now. So I'm hoping to have my extra batteries and props around the 17th maybe..

There has been some discussion about this on the forum and I believe DJI are now shipping the drone and accessories separately.

The drone only package is stipulated as 1-3 day shipping, I hope there not being greedy and this is a realistic turn around time.
