Hello,
I flew my brand new mavic today and during the flight
The dji go app told me that the camera sensor has an error.
Did someone has the same problem?
The drone and the gimbal itself works perfect.
It did not come down or was dropped.
Please help me.
It has the latest software update.
As i read your post I turn on the mavic to try calibrate the cam. And befor i did it starts working. I have no idea why it is working now.
I will try it in two or three hours again and will post a comment.
You can try to restart the aircraft if you get that error to see whether it will disappear, if so, please do not worry about it. And please keep an eye on the APP for the future flights.
If it appears frequently, then it needs to be sent in for evaluation by our engineers.
I received this error after flying for a few minutes today. The temperature was 29F. I don't know if that would cause this failure. I found the operating range for the Mavic is 32F.
Thanks for the tip. I tried removing and reinserting the SD card. I've tried recalibrating the gimbal too.
After my first flight where the camera stopped working mid flight (very scary). I then had two more successful flights that day. When I tried a third flight, the camera completely failed. I got the error below. At this time, I think the Mavic has a hardware problem. It's less than two weeks old.
