Then you should also pass to the appropiate team the big error that I reported about D-RTK in the Matrice 600 section (now this section does not work saying "BAD GATEWAY"). You are not answering since months to this D-RTK bug, if a customer reports a bug and DJI is not answering , then this is a proof of bad technical support: one buys a Matrice 600 with D-RTK, and then DJI does not give you technical support when a bug happens. This is unacceptable. |
