I am in the land business and bought a Mavic to film properties. I am in the process of completing the 107 test. What video editing software would you reccomend for a beginner and for someone not interested in becoming a pro at video? I just need to take the video I shoot and edit into a 60 +/- sec "film" for my website. Thanks.
Check Shotcut listed at the bottom of this thread. My posts were concentrating on professional level tools, but Shotcut will do 98% of what you probably want to do.
I like Adobe Premier Elements. It's available for Windows and Apple. As you study for the exam what prep exam are you using. I used the UAS107 and passed my exam on the 1st try. Here's the link for Adobe Premier and UAS107.
On a PC just use Movie Maker to start. You will be just fine with MM, but if after doing some editing with it you decide you need more you can research and buy something else. I think MM still comes free with Windows.
