But my experience of the support team is pretty bad.
My email that I got sent clearly states that my repair would be the same price as a replacement under care and refresh. So who wouldn't email back and ask the drone to be repaired for £79.
I quote email from Theresa from dji support.
" Hi Simon,
Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.
Upon checking your case number: CAS-1035394-X2D3D1, the Quotation stated that the total cost repair is 79 euro. However if you will use your DJi Care Refresh you will also pay 79 euro for the first time replacement. If you are already decided please click the payment link in order for the repair case to go through."
This i then replied to with.
"Hi,Thanks for the reply. If it is only 79 euro to repair it then I would be happy to have it repaired. Thus saving my DJI Care and refresh. However I have not yet received a payment link yet. Under the case details it still has quoted, not highlighted. Directly a link becomes available to pay for the repair then I will pay for it."

So i paid 79euro via the link that appeared several days later and all was well. Until my Mavic comes back and I find out that it is a new one and that I have lost one of my care and refresh replacements.
Since this happened i have be in contact with several people at dji, with no real movement on it.
I have emailed, Stefan van den berk , Virgina (Support.
My last email from virgina was this.
"ear Simon,
Follow-up with my previous email.
Received their response, the total amount of your repair is 94.5 pounds. And you have made the payment amounting to 79 pounds (that is the DJI Care amount) by clicking the link provided to you. For this reason, your DJI Care Refresh was being used and being deducted.
I hope this information help you with your concern.

So in fact DJI had lied to me, well Theresa did with her first email quotting a repair of 79 euro's but the cost of the repair would have been £94.50!!!! as virgina now states.
Basically DJI SUPPORT, do not talk to each other, the support is a mess. So not happy at all, To be honest even if i was quotted £94.50 I would of got the drone repaired, instead of using my DJI CARE and REFRESH.
