Sorry for the confusion. We meant to say to refresh the firmware of the remote controller first, then do the installation process again to check if it can be resolved after refreshing or updating the firmware. In regards to the issue, we've received feedback from our engineers that this issue has been solved in the 1.11.4 APP version; please update the latest APP version on time. If the issue persists, kindly provide related information such as the DJI Fly app logs, screenshot of the mobile device system information, app version, and serial number of your DJI device. Well, something strange happened. As told, downloading the last version of DJI FLY from my phone didnt work, I installed it, opened , showed the DJI logo and shut down. So, I downloaded the DJI FLY apk with my desktop computer, copy it in a flash memory, inserted the flash memory in my phone, searched the apk and installed in the phone and worked!!! now opens and runs well. Then I updated the controller firmware. Anyway, the problem is solved, but can you guess what happened? why worked installing from a flash memory and not worked when downloaded directly to the phone? thank you |
