I just got a rs3 mini and finished balancing it after 2 hours. Trying to move the tilt and the roll axis took a considerable effort. I tried taking the camera off to see if it was the weight of the camera that was making it difficult but it only slightly improved it. Its just so tight and im wondering if theres supposed to be lubricant on it or something.
