OK so I get a new Air 3 with RC2.  Couldn't take off due to "not logged in."  So I bring it inside where there is WiFi and I log into DJI Fly which makes sense.  Now It lies about 40 yards and it's about 50 ft altitude with clear line of sight, and I raise the left stick but instead of gaining altitude it started owering in altitude.  Controls were nonresponsive and the RC screen was solid white with "NO NETORK CONNCTED" so I hit RTH.  But I'm not flying it anymore cause I'm afaid it's gona crash.

I can see where the controller needs to log in, but I can't see the "no network" making any sense.  What network are they taling about?  It should need no WiFi or bluetooth to operate, right?  I had no problem with my A2S and I was at the same place where there is no cell signal and had no problem.

Gas anyone encountered this?

Thanks

Hi
It's obvious that you need to connect the network, and make sure you have downloadthe latest DJI APP for your drone.
It's very important.

Hi There,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Step 1
Could you check if your DJI Air 3 and RC 2 are running on the latest firmware and DJI Fly app?

Remote Controller Firmware: v02.02.0200 (DJI RC 2)
DJI Fly App iOS: vl.13.8
DJI Fly App Android: vl.13.9

Step 2
If it is updated as above, please check if you did the same steps to activate your device as in this page, it has video guide for easier understanding > DJI Air 3 - Activating Your Device

Upon updating as the 2 steps above, if issue persist please send us a video recording of the problem. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the most accurate solution based on the specific issue you're encountering.

Obviously this is an error because these drones do not require being attached to a network to fly.  If it did how does a drone fly atop Mt. Everest?  (yes it has been done.)
