Door on charger port won't close

Hello,

The door on my Osmo action 4 charger port (USB C port) won't close. There's been no significant impact or damage to the device. What can I do to fix this?

The usb port door usually closes then needs slid upwards to latch/lock, are you trying to just push it closed?

I can close the door but it wont slide up and latch
